To be eligible, candidates must hold M.Sc Nursing B.Sc Nursing or D.N.E.A. from a recognized institute approved by the Indian Nursing Council or Bihar Health Department. Applicants are required to have 2 years of relevant nursing experience with proper certification and must be registered with the Bihar Nurses Registration Council (BNRC), Patna.
