Educational Qualification:
For Science Subjects:
Candidates should have passed 10+2 Intermediate with physics, Mathematics and English, securing at least 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English, or possess a 3 years Engineering Diploma in relevant disciplines with minimum 50% marks overal and 50% in English. Candidates who have comleted a 2 years vocational course with physics and Mathematics as non-vacational subjects from a recognized board, with 50% agreegate marks and 50% in English , are also eligible.
For Other Than Science Subjects :
Candidates must have passed 10+2 Intermediate with minimum 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English or completed a 2 years vocational course with at least 50% aggregate marks and 50% in English.

Medical Test & Physical Efficiency Details
Minimum height is 152.5 cm for male and 152 cm for female 147 cm for North East/Hilly areas, 150 cm for Lakshadweep) with minimum chest 77 cm and 5 cm expansion. Weight must be proportionate to height and age in PFT, male candidates must complete 1.6 km run in 7 minutes, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, and 20 squats in 1 minute, while female candidates must complete 1.6 km run in 8 minutes, 10 sit ups in 1.30 minutes, and 15 squats in 1 minutes.
